Steven has over two decades of intense expertise as an IT technician. He boasts a vast collection of knowledge garnered from his previous workplaces and brought it all to the doorstep of ISNY. He tackles his tickets with a vengeance that makes his superiors proud and claims to love sitting in traffic during his commutes to and from work. We all hope he’s being sarcastic.

When Shlome realized the transformative power of IT, he made a conscious decision to turn it into a career. He acquired a vast amount of knowledge that he is now leveraging into his position at ISNY. His commitment to providing effective solutions is fueled by the belief that genuine satisfaction lies in the seamless functioning of technology in our daily lives. The adage ‘love what you do and you won’t work a day in your life’ fits Shlome’s attitude to his job, which he calls his calling.

Julius started out as a rep in a call center but soon climbed the ranks. His responsibilities as a network admin at ISNY include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all network hardware, sottware and communication links.
He is an avid google search bar fan and relaxes only when his work is done to the satisfaction of all.
